This was the second track to be composed for Shape of the World. I felt the piano/harp thing reminded me of water falling, raindrops... so I thought it would work nicely for the Rainforest. But alas the piano was something Stuart didn't want in the game, and we decided it strayed too far from our original vision of the in-game music. I experimented with other instrumentation but felt that it would lose too much of its soul if the piano and harp were removed. This track actually played in the game for so long that when I told Stuart it would be an b-side track on the album, he was initially confused thinking it was the actual Rainforest track. So I guess it did suit the level, just wasn't quite perfect for the game.
